Returns (Food Product Policy)
- Due to the nature of honey as a consumable food product, opened or used jars are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
- All return requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligible Refund & Replacement Cases
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The honey jar is damaged or leaking upon delivery
- You received the wrong product or quantity
- The product seal is broken at the time of delivery
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been opened or consumed
- The issue is related to taste, texture, color variation, or crystallization (natural honey behavior)
- The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

- Product name
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Brief explanation of the problem

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.
Shipping Costs
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Binauf Honey will bear the replacement shipping cost.
- No return shipping is required for damaged food items unless requested by our support team.
